Saturday Movie Review..and shameless plug! :)

Seeing as it's been awhile since I've done a movie review, I figured I'd roll out an old favorite. I've been meaning to post this for some time...as it is perhaps the best buddy movie I've ever seen. Thats right friends and peeps...."A boy and his dog". This 1975 flick is just so much fun...I'm not sure where to start. A very young Don Johnson plays our hero Vic in a post apocolytic world laid to waste. His only sidekick is Blood, a scruffy telepathic dog who only Vic can hear. Blood's primary role is to help Vic track down food and sex, and tell dirty jokes that Vic usually doesn't get. Why this movie kicks ass: )A young Don Johnson before he learned to act....arguably, he still hasn't...but I digress.. )A cranky telepathic dog with a dirty sense of humour. )A very young Susanne Benton...naked. )Jason Robards in big red lipstick. )Agrah actually liked it. Mix this all together with an unexpected plot twist at the end.....you got a great movie. Definately a lazy day rental well spent!! ***OK....now off to shameless plugs.
