Oh, that looks painful but good on you for trying to keep the fire going, open fireplaces are so romantic and a perfect place to have sex in front of. Nice tan lines :)

I love the fireplace and I love Zig, but wood and Zig are a volatile mix! They trade axes back and forth but Zig always gets the last burn!
Looks like the 2 toes next to the owie are trying to not look as though they are attached to it!

That brought back a bad memory. I was once standing behind a door (when I was a kid) and someone opened it. I was barefoot. The nail on my big toe ended up pointing skyward, ripped straight off the nailbed. So I feel for you Zig.
